ABOUT THE EVENT
For its central project of the season, NAVO will present an exciting program of virtuoso works for solo instruments and orchestra, bringing back Steven Spooner and Véronique Mathieu as soloists. The program includes Shostakovich’s celebrated Piano Concerto No. 1 and Ravel’s Tzigane, along with his Le Tombeau de Couperin in new premiere orchestrations by Shah Sadikov. The program also features Stravinsky’s “Basel” concerto.
Venue and Parking
Atonement Lutheran Church Elca hosts numerous concert organizations and ensembles, and presents hundreds of concerts every year. NAVO is proud to call ALC its home. Designed by Shaughnessy Fickel and Scott Architects, a modern language invigorated by light underlies the design of the interior space that unfolds as one enters and experiences it (Crosbie, 2003).
As is with the interior of the church, the parking is plentiful. It's available all around the building. No matter at what time you arrive at the church, you have no challenges finding a spot for your car.
